I met with Heather and Phillip in December of 2013 and I knew that their wedding was going to be amazing. These two are so full of love and you could tell just by the way they light up a room when they walk in. The way Phillip looks at Heather will just melt your heart… the way Heather smiles with her mouth AND her eyes when she talks to him… they’re just perfect. Candles were lit, crowns worn, and vows were said in front of God, friends, and family in their traditional Greek Orthodox wedding at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Euless. This church was stunning. I don’t know which I loved more: the gold accents, the intricate paintings, or the massive chandelier hanging in the chapel. Simply walking in will take your breath away. After the hour long ceremony, guests made their way to Fort Worth’s Diamond Oaks Country Club to celebrate the newlyweds and boogie. What a fun bunch! The DJ had a fun mix of country, traditional reception songs, and some good oldies to jam to and the dance floor was packed! Ready for pictures? I know you are.
I can’t express how fun this wedding was! Cultural weddings are definitely some of my favorites and I love being introduced to new traditions. Congratulations a thousand times over, Heather & Phillip! May you two be blessed with many, many years of marriage and happiness!
